What Gevorg Petrosyan Will Do After Concluding His Parliamentary Activities
Former member of the National Assembly of the 7th convocation Gevorg Petrosyan spoke with ArmDaily.am about what he will do after his parliamentary activities conclude.
“I envision my life to be more carefree, as my interactions with sworn illiterates will reach a minimum. You know that I have been teaching continuously at the Yerevan State University Faculty of Law since 1996. Primarily, I will continue my lecturing work. Additionally, I will represent the interests of both employees and employers in labor law cases in court and other state bodies within the framework of their powers regarding the application of labor legislation. I also plan to obtain a lawyer's license, participate in courses, and take the exam; that is, I will be involved in matters of labor legislation and legal practice,” said Petrosyan.
He noted that he will continue to publish his scientific works and republish the textbooks he authored. He added that if necessary, he will not shy away from expressing opinions on political processes because it is impossible to completely detach from public life; there are issues on which not stating an opinion would be a sin.
