Motion to Arrest Sukiasyan Submitted Without Charges

Attorney Gor Mikayelyan writes on his Facebook page: “This issue has been discussed to such an extent that even non-lawyers know that it is impossible to submit a motion for the arrest of an individual without bringing charges against them. Each time the investigating body tries to justify that this is possible, but every time the courts confirm that a motion for arrest without charges is subject to rejection.

The motion to arrest Robert Sukiasyan has been submitted without charges, and Judge Vache Margaryan, even with great desire, has no option but to reject the motion for arrest. I find it pointless to present the remaining baseless circumstances.”
