As of July 2021, the number of citizens' verbal complaints has doubled: Ombudsman
As of July 2021, the number of verbal complaints to the Human Rights Defender, including calls received through hotlines, has reached 7,953. For comparison, in 2015, the number of consultations was 3,786; in 2016, it was 4,041; in 2017, 4,272; in 2018, 6,219; in 2019, 9,153; and in 2020, 10,399.
