Resident of Stepanakert Commits Suicide

On July 19, at 10:05 AM, a resident of Stepanakert, identified as S.A. (born 1986), reported via phone that he had discovered his father, A.A. (born 1948), a resident of the same city, had committed suicide in the basement of their building.

This information was confirmed by the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs to NEWS.am. An operational group that arrived at the scene found that around 10:00 AM on the same day, S.A. had found his father's body hanging from a metal wire with shoelaces in the aforementioned basement.

The circumstances of the incident are currently under investigation. The Artsakh Investigative Committee is handling the examination.
