Constitutional Court Publishes Complete Ruling on Appeals Against Parliamentary Election Results
The Constitutional Court today published its complete ruling regarding the appeals submitted by the "Armenia" alliance, the "Zartonk" National Christian Party, the "Homeland of Armenians" Party, and the "I Have Honor" Party concerning the decision No. 184-a of the Central Electoral Commission from June 27, 2021, which summarizes the results of the snap parliamentary elections held on June 20, 2021.
It should be noted that these parties and alliances demanded the invalidation of the snap parliamentary elections. However, on July 17, the Constitutional Court upheld the CEC's decision, meaning that the snap parliamentary elections were not declared invalid.
