We Can Now Corner the Dictator of Baku with Strong Diplomatic Response: Hovhannisyan

Military expert Karen Hovhannisyan wrote on his Facebook page: “Aliyev, intoxicated by the euphoria of victory, has begun to entangle himself in his speeches and statements. Since the dictator of Baku has declared that Vardenis, Lake Sevan, Syunik, Yeghenadzor, and Yerevan are his historical homeland, or, as he refers to it, Western Azerbaijan, and that they will definitely unite these territories, he has found himself in a situation where he could acquire the status of an aggressor.

To counter this, he is making another statement attempting to retract his previous remarks. He claims that he meant the November 9 agreement, according to which refugees can return to their places of residence. This is where we can remind the dictator of Baku about the Armenian refugees from Shahumyan, Getashen, Artsvashen, Ganja, Sumgait, and finally Baku, and their return and security guarantees, pointing to the very document that he is using to correct his statement.
