Illegal Construction Built on Bus Stop Demolished: Hakob Karapetyan

Hakob Karapetyan, the spokesperson for the Yerevan Municipality, has announced: "Recently, I wrote about the illegal construction built on the bus stop opposite the building at 14 Margaryan Street in Ajapnyak and the related court history, which was published in FIP. I would like to inform you that the illegal structure has already been demolished at the developer's expense. Prior to that, on July 12, the Administrative Court, presided over by Judge Gevorg Sosyanyan, made a decision to approve the Yerevan Municipality's request made on June 22, effectively allowing the demolition of the illegal structure."
