132 New Cases of Coronavirus and 8 Deaths Confirmed in Armenia

As of July 18, Armenia has confirmed 132 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 227,430.

According to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Armenia, 7 citizens have died from the virus in one day, increasing the total death toll to 4,566. Additionally, there has been one case of death from another illness among patients infected with the coronavirus within this period. As of July 18, the number of such deaths stands at 1,112.

In total, 8 individuals have died in one day, while the overall death cases have reached 5,678. The number of recoveries recorded in a single day is 89, bringing the total number of recoveries to 218,331, with currently treated patients numbering 3,421 (an increase of 35 in one day). A total of 4,224 tests have been conducted in one day, amounting to 1,267,617 tests performed overall to date.
