Areas Adjacent to the Government Building Closed Before Charles Michel's Exit
During the stay of European Council President Charles Michel at the government building, police officers did not allow either journalists or citizens to stand in the vicinity of the government building or even in adjacent streets, nor to sit on benches.
At the time of Charles Michel's exit from the government building, police completely closed off the area adjacent to the government building and did not even allow citizens to pass through that section.
In response to a NEWS.am journalist's question about why journalists are not allowed to perform their work, the police officer stated, “We have received instructions that no cameras should be visible in the area.”
