Major Accident Near 'Letters Park': 6 Injured

On July 13, a major car accident occurred in the Aragatsotn region. Around 12:00 PM, vehicles including a Nissan Altima, a VAZ 2121, and a KamAZ collided in front of the 'Letters Park', a site well-known to the public along the Yerevan-Vanadzor highway.

According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, six individuals with varying degrees of injuries were transported to the 'Ashtarak' medical center. The first responders included citizens and a rapid-response team of doctors from the Ashtarak medical center, who provided first aid on the scene before transferring the injured to the hospital.

Some of the injured were also taken to the hospital by citizens, accompanied by Grent Galstyan, the commander of the first platoon of the second battalion of the traffic police's second detachment.

Per the investigator's instructions, the vehicles involved in the accident are being transferred to the custody of the Ashtarak police department.
