Video: The Hooliganism in Kasakh Revealed, the Assault Rifle Found
On the night of July 7, the operational management center of the police received reports of gunfire in Kasakh village. The caller informed the police that shots were being fired in the area. An operational group from the Nairi police department was dispatched to check the report.
While conversing with local residents, community police officers determined that the shots had been fired at the intersection of Safaryan and Youth streets. Further investigations revealed new information; the random gunfire had come from a car of brand "VAZ-2121." Soon, the identity of the shooter was uncovered—he was a 28-year-old resident of Kasakh. The following day, the young man's father brought the car to the police department.
During the inspection of the "Niva," a cartridge of an assault rifle was found. Thanks to the explanatory work of the department and the law enforcement agencies, on the night of July 9, the young man came to the police station, bringing with him a "Kalashnikov" assault rifle and 19 cartridges. According to him, he had acquired the illegal weaponry in the fall of last year during the 44-day war in Artsakh. A forensic examination has been appointed, and the circumstances are being clarified.
