Tigran Sahakyan Appointed President of the Court of Appeal
The President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, has signed a decree appointing Tigran Sahakyan as the President of the Court of Appeal. This information comes from the President's office.
"Based on the first part of Article 139 and the seventh part of Article 166 of the Constitution, as well as the proposal presented by the Supreme Judicial Council in the decision BDC-46-O-98 dated July 6, 2021, Judge Tigran Sahakyan is appointed as the President of the Court of Appeal for a three-year term," the President's decree states.
