Biden and Putin discussed cybersecurity and Syria during their phone call. In the conversation, Biden urged Russia to take action against cybercriminals.

Biden informed Putin that he remains committed to further cooperation in countering threats related to ransomware. He also stated that the US will take necessary measures to protect its infrastructure from cyberattacks.
