VIDEO: Traitorous Officials Should Be Dismissed, Araik Harutyunyan's Directive

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, convened an expanded working consultation on July 6, where the procedure for providing state financial support to physical and legal persons who suffered material damage as a result of military actions was approved.

Surena Galstyan, the head of the Artsakh Cadastre and State Property Management Committee, noted that 2,438 applications have already been submitted, with 1,348 of them registered in the electronic system. According to the electronic applications, the extent of the damage exceeds 3 billion 47 million drams.

President Araik Harutyunyan clarified that those who did not participate in the mobilization will not benefit from the state aid program. He also addressed officials and their children who evaded the defense of the homeland, stating that the government does not consider their continued service appropriate. “These officials should be dismissed from their posts, and appropriate measures should be taken. By the way, I have performed this only for the Martuni region; I have not heard any complaints regarding anyone dismissed for fleeing or desertion from Martakert or Askeran. Regarding the directors of schools and kindergartens, the chief physicians, everyone’s family members — it is essential to find out where they were, what they were occupied with, and how appropriate their continued service is,” said Araik Harutyunyan.
