Video: Gnel Sanosyan Presents the Situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani Border in Gegharkunik

The Governor of Gegharkunik, Gnel Sanosyan, held a press conference today in the community of Shoghakat. During the conference, the Governor discussed the programs implemented in the region during the first half of the year and the upcoming tasks ahead.

At the very beginning of the press conference, Sanosyan addressed the border situation, mentioning that there have been no significant changes since May 12. The last incident occurred the day before, when a single Armenian serviceman was slightly wounded. Since then, the situation has remained stable.

The governor was also asked about the deployment of Russian troops in the Gegharkunik border area, the theft of livestock by Azerbaijanis, and guarantees for the safety of agricultural operations.
