Peskov Comments on Documents to be Signed Between Pashinyan and Putin
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Nikol Pashinyan will discuss the situation surrounding Nagorno-Karabakh during their meeting, but no documents are expected to be signed. Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president, informed journalists about this, according to TASS news agency.
Earlier, it was reported that Pashinyan will visit the Russian Federation for a working visit on July 7. The meeting between Nikol Pashinyan and Vladimir Putin will take place in Moscow. They will discuss issues related to the Armenian-Russian strategic agenda.
The parties will also review the implementation of the trilateral statements made on November 9, 2020, and January 11, 2021, provide humanitarian assistance to the population of Nagorno-Karabakh affected by military actions, and address matters related to the restoration of economic and transport connections in the region.
