Nissan Collides with Gas Pipe Support, Passes Under Gas Pipeline and Ends Up on Rocks

On July 2, an accident occurred in the Ararat region. Around 11:00 PM, the driver of a Nissan Tiida, for unknown reasons, left the road's embankment zone on the 7th km section of the Yerevan-Meghri highway, in the administrative area of the village of Yeraskh. The vehicle collided with rocks, then struck the gas pipe support, and after passing under the gas pipeline, ended up on the rocks.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan from the scene, fortunately, there are no reported injuries. The police are identifying the driver. Representatives from Gazprom Armenia in the Ararat region have also arrived promptly at the scene. The head of the Yeraskh community, Rudik Ohikyan, has also arrived at the location.
