Major Car Accident in Kotayk Province: Collision Between ПАЗ Bus and KIA

Today, July 2, a major car accident occurred in Kotayk Province. At around 17:40, near the entrance of the village of Nor Yerznka, a collision took place between a ПАЗ bus driven by 55-year-old Hayrapet Melkonyan, a resident of Yerevan, and a KIA car driven by 43-year-old Gevorg Kostanyan from Ashtarak.

According to shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, KIA driver G. Kostanyan and his passenger, 50-year-old Hrayr Hakobyan from Ashtarak, sought medical assistance at the Ashtarak Medical Center. Materials are being prepared regarding the incident.

According to G. Shamshyan’s information, KIA driver G. Kostanyan works in the municipal department of the Ashtarak City Hall as the responsible person for cemeteries, while the ПАЗ bus is registered under the balance of “Homeland” LLC.
