Iranian-Plated Volvo Truck Crashes into a Gas Station in Ararat Province
On July 2, a major car accident occurred in Ararat Province. Around 21:40, a Volvo truck with Iranian license plates, loaded with bitumen, was traveling from Yerevan to Yeraskh on the road commonly known as 'Yeraskh's Kaltsavoy.' Bystanders and gas station employees were the first to provide assistance, followed by doctors from the 'Ararat' medical center, who arrived promptly to administer first aid on the spot before transporting the injured individual to the medical center.
Emergency response units from the Ministry of Emergency Situations dispatched two fire-rescue teams from the Ararat Fire and Rescue Squad No. 24 to the scene. The police are currently working to identify the driver and the injured party.
