Hayk Marutyan on His Possible Resignation
The newspaper "Iravunk" reports that the Mayor of Yerevan, Hayk Marutyan, is quite resolute regarding his position. According to sources close to him, he has stated privately that if the issue of a vote of no confidence were to be discussed, his positions are secure, and that nothing could be accomplished by the City Council members of the ruling Civil Contract party.
