Emergency Incident in Ararat Province: Two Stabbed Young Men Hospitalized
Two young men have been stabbed in Ararat Province. Shamshyan.com reports that the Masis division of the police received a call today at approximately 1:50 AM from the "Erebuni" medical center, stating that a citizen had been admitted with a diagnosis of "penetrating stab wound to the left side of the chest, hemopneumothorax, and stab wounds to the upper limbs," while another citizen was admitted with a diagnosis of a "penetrating stab wound to the left side of the chest."
A police operational group led by division head Armen Voskanyan has been dispatched to the hospital. The doctors informed the police that the injured individuals are unable to provide explanations. Based on operational information, the Masis police have identified the victims. One is a 29-year-old resident of Masis, Arthur Hayrapetyan, while the other is a 29-year-old resident of Yerevan, Grigor Varpetyan.
The police are taking necessary operational-investigative measures to determine where and under what circumstances the individuals were stabbed.
