Major Accident in Lori Province: Three Vehicles Collide, Five Injured
A traffic accident occurred in Lori Province: Yesterday, around 18:30, on the 8th km of the Vanadzor-Alaverdi highway, an accident took place involving three vehicles: an Opel Zafira driven by 42-year-old Karen Manukyan from the village of Yeghenuty, a KIA Sorento driven by 39-year-old Arma Baghramyan from the village of Pambak, and a Ford Focus driven by 26-year-old Arthur Martirosyan from the city of Vanadzor.
According to shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, the driver of the Ford Focus, A. Martirosyan, along with his passengers, 19-year-old Harutyun Martirosyan and 74-year-old Lyuba Movsisyan, both from Vanadzor, as well as the driver of the KIA Sorento, A. Baghramyan, and his passenger, 40-year-old Manushak Chilingaryan from the village of Pambak, were taken to the Vanadzor Medical Center with various injuries.
Rapidly responding to the incident, officers from the first platoon of the fifth battalion of the second garrison of the traffic police arrived at the scene, led by Battalion Commander Lyudvig Ghandeelyan and Platoon Commander Arman Sukiasyan.
