Azerbaijanis Offer Artsakh Residents to Sell Their Apartments: Nairi Hokhikyan

Ethnic conflict expert Nairi Hokhikyan has stated on his Facebook page: “In the last month, residents of Artsakh have been receiving calls from phone numbers in other countries. Through these calls, Azerbaijanis are suggesting that they sell their apartments in Artsakh, arguing that in all cases, those homes will be handed over to Azerbaijan in the near future.

Concern has arisen among our compatriots in Artsakh, as the calls seem to be systematic. In this regard, the people of Artsakh must be assured that this is a form of psychological warfare being employed by the enemy, attempting to incite panic and a wave of emigration from Artsakh. Do not pay attention to such scoundrels and respond to each of these calls with the harshest words prevalent in Artsakh. Fear and despair are not characteristics of the people of Artsakh.”
