I Was Beaten by 10 People, Including the Governor of Lori: Odzun Community Chief
The chief of the Odzun community, Arsen Titanian, has reported being attacked by 10 individuals, including the Governor of Lori, Aram Khachatryan. He shared this information in an interview with NEWS.am.
“This is currently in the preliminary investigation phase. There were about 10 people, including the governor, who assaulted me. Their demand is for me to resign,” said the community chief.
Titanian noted that he has sustained physical injuries: “I was in the hospital and just came out a little while ago. Most of my injuries are on my face.”
When asked if he intends to resign, the community chief replied, “Why should I resign?”
It is worth noting that on June 22, the “Armenia” alliance received reports that community leaders who are affiliated with the alliance are being threatened in various communities to resign voluntarily ahead of the parliamentary snap elections.
The chief of the Odzun community has filed a report with the police regarding the crime committed against him.
