500,000 Dram Assistance to Be Provided to Individuals Wounded in War and Treated on an Outpatient Basis
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, signed a decision by the Artsakh government on June 22, according to which, individuals registered in the Republic of Artsakh who were wounded (injured) as a result of the military operations unleashed against the Republic of Artsakh on September 27, 2020, and received medical assistance and service on an outpatient basis, will receive a one-time cash assistance of 500,000 AMD if they have not benefited from the assistance program established by the Government of Armenia.
This information was reported by the Information Department of the President's Office of the Republic of Artsakh.
Those who received outpatient medical assistance are equated with individuals injured during military operations who, for various reasons, did not seek medical help or sought it and, for various reasons, did not receive it.
Individuals eligible for financial assistance can apply to the specialized commission established by the order of the Minister of Health of Artsakh starting from July 5, or call the hotline of the department at the short number 30-03. Subsequently, the documents and evidence submitted by the applicants will be examined and discussed within fifteen days, resulting in a conclusion regarding the allocation or denial of financial assistance.
