Armenian National Assembly member Sofia Hovsepyan wrote on her Facebook page: “I am ready to provide a guarantee for Professor Armen Charchyan's release. If there are other members of parliament, please join me. Until my parliamentary powers are ceased, I have the right to support in this way... I am publicly writing this because I know after my post I will be labeled as pro-Kocharyan, just like when I provided a guarantee for Badasyan, which was actively discussed in Shirak Province, whether I am affiliated with the BHK party, but that doesn’t bother me.
