Ruben Rubinyan as Foreign Minister? "Iravunk"

“Iravunk” newspaper writes: “Even before the parliament is formed, Nikol Pashinyan is already preparing the personnel for the government. According to rumors circulating in the corridors of the 'Civil Contract' party, there is a pressing need to resolve the issue of appointing a new Minister of Foreign Affairs for Armenia as soon as possible.

This time, a decision has been made to find a minister not from the diplomatic corps, but from the inner circle instead. Pashinyan considers Ruben Rubinyan, the head of the permanent commission on foreign relations of the National Assembly of the seventh convocation, to be the most trusted candidate for this position. It remains unclear who the deputy ministers will be.”
