The Shooter of Arman Babajanyan's Car Arrested
Yesterday, Armenian Parliament member Arman Babajanyan, who leads the "Shirinyan-Babajanyan" electoral list, reported that shots had been fired at his vehicle. The gunfire resulted in damage to the car's windshield.
The Investigative Committee informed us that a criminal case has been opened under Articles 185, Part 1 (intentional destruction or damage to property) and 235, Part 1 (illegally acquiring, selling, storing, transporting, or carrying weapons, ammunition, explosives, or explosive devices) of the Criminal Code.
The Investigative Committee also reported that the shooter has been arrested, but no charges have been filed yet.
