A systemic issue has occurred, which is beyond the jurisdiction of HEC. For other questions, please send a written inquiry. This was reported to Infocom by the public relations department of HEC, commenting on reports of power outages in several cities of Armenia.
When asked about the issues that are beyond HEC’s jurisdiction, the employee responded that additional information cannot be provided at this time.
