As of 21:00, 66 Materials Prepared on Alleged Crimes Obstructing the Exercise of Electoral Rights
As of 21:00 on June 20, 2021, the investigative bodies of the Republic of Armenia have prepared 66 materials concerning apparent crimes obstructing the exercise of electoral rights during the parliamentary extraordinary elections. Additionally, 2 criminal cases have been registered.

Of the 68 reported cases, 48 relate to violations of Article 153 of the RA Criminal Code, which pertains to voting multiple times or on behalf of another person. 16 cases involve violations of Article 154 of the RA Criminal Code regarding the secrecy of voting. One case concerns violations of Articles 154.4 and 149.2 of the Criminal Code, which involve entering a polling station armed and committing violence at or near the polling station. Another case pertains to Article 149 of the Criminal Code, which relates to obstructing the actions of a poll observer, while one case pertains to Article 149.2 regarding violence at the polling station and its surrounding area. Lastly, one case involves the preparation and use of counterfeit ballots under Article 154.1 of the Criminal Code.
A total of 3 criminal cases have been initiated regarding entering a polling station armed, committing violence, and preparing and using counterfeit ballots, with 2 individuals having been given the status of suspects in one of these cases, and measures have been selected to ensure they do not leave the jurisdiction.
Additional materials are being prepared concerning the remaining 65 cases.
