Baku Issues International Wanted Notices for Ara Abrahamyan, Samvel Karapetyan, and David Galstyan
Baku has issued international wanted notices for Ara Abrahamyan, the head of the Union of Armenians of Russia, and businessmen Samvel Karapetyan and David Galstyan. The Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan accuses them of organizing the transfer of weapons and military equipment from and to Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh.
