Resignation of Investigative Committee Head Postponed: "Hraparak"

"Hraparak" newspaper reports: "On June 15, a defense took place at the Slavic University for the doctoral dissertation of Hayk Grigoryan, the head of the Investigative Committee of Armenia. The topic was related to military law, specifically within the framework of the theme 'Military Crimes from the Perspective of International Law.' The dissertation was written and defended in Russian, and the scientific supervisor and opponents were Russian specialists. One of the attendees noted that it was excellent, and there were commendations expressed. By the way, among the security leaders, Grigoryan is the only one who does not unconditionally follow Nikol Pashinyan's political instructions, and recently, rumors circulated that he submitted a resignation request, but the resolution of the issue has been postponed until after the elections."
