Mercedes Car Crashes into Concrete Electric Pole in Urtsadzor, Inversion and Injury Reported

On June 17, a major traffic accident occurred in the Ararat region. Around 9:00 AM, 24-year-old Karen Mkrtchyan lost control of his Mercedes vehicle on the roadway leading from Urtsadzor to Shaghap, leaving the traffic lane under unknown circumstances. The car collided with a concrete electric pole and overturned.

According to shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, one individual was transported to Vedi Medical Center with bodily injuries. The Emergency Situations Ministry's crisis management team quickly arrived on the scene, with the 26th rescue squad from the Ararat regional rescue department deployed, along with one operational unit.

Additionally, officers from the second battalion of the traffic police also responded promptly, led by battalion commander Grigor Poghosyan and squad commander Karapet Harutyunyan. The investigative operations were directed by senior investigator Gevorg Poghosyan, who is preparing materials regarding the incident.

Rescuers disconnected the car from the power supply, closed the gas cylinder valve, and secured the area.
