The scandalous conversation between Etchmiadzin Mayor Diana Gasparyan and acting Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Suren Papikyan, which was made public yesterday, took place on June 7. Mediaport Telegram channel reports on the details.

"After a meager pre-election rally in Etchmiadzin, Pashinyan called Diana Gasparyan while drunk, hurling insults at her and accusing her of wasting all his resources over the past two years. Pashinyan verbally attacked Gasparyan, threatening that after the elections, he would clean up his entourage starting from Etchmiadzin," the channel writes.

Diana Gasparyan then called Suren Papikyan to inform him that she was submitting her resignation, to which Papikyan tried to respond and intervene.
