PHOTOS: Biden Broke Royal Protocol Arriving Later Than Queen Elizabeth II

U.S. President Joe Biden, along with his wife Jill Biden, arrived later than Queen Elizabeth II for an official dinner organized for the leaders of the G7 (Group of Seven) countries, reports Daily Star.

According to the publication, royal protocol states that members of the royal family must arrive last and leave first at such events, meaning that all guests invited to the dinner held in Cornwall, England, should be present before the 95-year-old monarch's arrival.

However, Biden and his wife showed up only minutes after the arrival of Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles of Wales and his wife, as well as their grandson, the Duke of Cambridge, William, and his wife, Kate Middleton.

Despite this, the publication notes that the American leader's tardiness did not affect the mood of the British queen, who warmly conversed with guests, including the Bidens.
