The United Kingdom has failed to prove that Russia is in any way connected to the forced landing incident involving a Ryanair plane in Minsk. This was stated by British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab, according to Reuters.

According to the report, London has been unable to find evidence that Moscow had any link to the well-known incident involving the aircraft, which resulted in the arrest of Belarusian opposition figure and media activist Roman Protasevich. It is noteworthy that earlier, the head of the British Foreign Office had stated that the Belarusian authorities would not have taken such action without Moscow's 'silent consent.'
