Former Chief of General Staff Onik Gasparyan Responds to Nikol Pashinyan

“If discussions about the topic of enclaves continue, certain matters will inevitably need to be opened up; however, there are circumstances whose revelation would cause irreparable harm to the interests of our state. Instead of making unfounded accusations, a thorough investigation should be conducted to determine the degree of culpability of each official involved.
