Citizen Who Slapped Macron Sentenced to Imprisonment: Details
A French court has sentenced the citizen who slapped Emmanuel Macron to four months of imprisonment. This was reported by the Mesduza news outlet.
The prosecution had requested 18 months of imprisonment for the defendant. The maximum penalty under the law for committing violence against a public official is three years in prison.
