Mysterious Incident in Yerevan: Half-Decay Body of a Man Found Under Davtashen Bridge

Today, June 10, a mysterious incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 17:30, the Arabkir Division of the Police received a report about a body found under the Davtashen Bridge.

According to shamshyan.com from the scene, an operational group of the Arabkir Division arrived, led by the head of the division, Armen Vatyan. A team from the Armenian Investigative Committee's Arabkir Investigative Division also arrived, headed by deputy head Hambartsum Petrosyan and senior investigator Edgar Ayvazyan.

Police and investigators discovered the semi-decayed body of a middle-aged man under the bridge. Investigative materials are being prepared in connection with the incident. The police and the investigative division are working to establish the identity of the deceased. Whether the incident was a murder, suicide, or accident will be clarified during the preliminary investigation.

The investigator has ordered several examinations, including a forensic examination of the body.
