My Step Faction MP Resigns

On June 9, Hamazasp Danielyan, a member of the My Step faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, submitted his resignation. This information is reported on the website of the National Assembly.

According to the second part of Article 155 of the Constitutional Law on the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, if a member submits a resignation announcement and then withdraws their resignation within a week with a written application, the President of the National Assembly makes a public statement regarding this. If the resignation is not withdrawn, a record of the cessation of the member's powers is prepared, signed, and published by the President of the National Assembly. The resignation is considered accepted from the moment of the publication of the record.

Hamazasp Danielyan was elected as an MP on December 9, 2018, through the national electoral list of the My Step alliance.
