Mistakenly Injected Six Doses of COVID-19 Vaccine
In Spain, doctors mistakenly injected six doses of the COVID-19 vaccine into eight teachers. This was reported by the Efe news agency. The vaccine was provided by a local college. Each teacher received one vial of vaccine, which contained six doses. The vaccine was produced by Pfizer.
No side effects have been reported so far, and the teachers have even returned to work.
