Armenian National Assembly President Awards Posthumous Honors to Families of Fallen Soldiers
Today, Arthur Tovmasyan, the President of the Artsakh National Assembly, met with the families of fallen soldiers in Yerevan at the Artsakh Permanent Representation. He presented posthumous awards conferred by the President of Artsakh in recognition of their bravery and valor in defending the state borders of the Republic of Artsakh during the large-scale military operations unleashed by the adversary on September 27, 2020.
This was reported by the information and public relations department of the Artsakh National Assembly.
“The borders of the Republic of Artsakh are marked by their blood. Thanks to them, we stand firmly on our land today, and for their sake, we must live and strive to restore our homeland in peaceful conditions,” said Assembly President Arthur Tovmasyan, expressing his solidarity and condolences to the families of the fallen soldiers.
Present at the meeting were Artsakh's permanent representative Sergey Ghazaryan, Head of the Operational Headquarters of the Artsakh Republic Government in Armenia Mikayel Virabyan, and Head of the Staff of the Artsakh National Assembly Robert Ghahramanyan.
