Baku Appeals to the ECHR Demanding Armenia Provide Minefield Maps

Azerbaijan has submitted its second interstate complaint to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) regarding the provision of maps of minefields and unexploded ordnance in Artsakh, which Armenia has not provided to Azerbaijan.
