The Sanitary Worker and Department Head Are Essentially Not Guilty, as There Are Only 10 Corpses Capacity at Kotayk Morgue: Zohrapyan

In this hall, we must return from virtual reality to real life and discuss, for example, how it happened that the bodies of our heroic boys were packed like potatoes and transported from one morgue to another, said deputy Naira Zohrapyan from the podium during an extraordinary National Assembly session.

"I have been to the Kotayk morgue and have seen that horrifying scene. How is it possible that only the sanitary worker and the department head are held responsible, who are, in essence, not guilty because there is only room for 10 corpses at the Kotayk morgue? They declare that there may even be bodies of Azerbaijanis; could it be that one day you announce that you gave the body of an Azerbaijani to one of the parents, and now they pray before it every day?" the deputy stated.

Zohrapyan emphasized that these issues should have been discussed in an extraordinary session of parliament, not, for example, a discussion on amendments to the law on "Automobile Transport."
