Individuals Seeking Leadership Positions Should Undergo Psychological Evaluation: Kocharian
In Armenia, it should be mandated that individuals aspiring to hold the position of head of state undergo a psychological evaluation. This statement was made by the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian.
“This requirement should be established legislatively. Even to obtain a driver's license or to purchase a hunting rifle, one needs a psychologist's certificate. What this government is doing today does not fit within the bounds of reason. If there are such phenomena in our reality, then the problem lies elsewhere. Such individuals simply should not occupy high positions,” he stated.
