The press secretary of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Mane Gevorgyan, received over 3.7 million AMD in bonuses in 2020. This information was disclosed by Tert.am based on the declaration Gevorgyan submitted to the Anti-Corruption Committee.
According to the Armenian law on the remuneration of individuals holding state positions, the coefficient for calculating the salaries of deputy prime ministers is set at 8.00, which means her monthly salary amounts to 529,120 AMD. Therefore, Gevorgyan's annual salary totals 6,349,440 AMD.
In her declaration, Gevorgyan reported her total compensation as 10,115,921 AMD, indicating that she received a bonus of 3,766,481 AMD during the year 2020. As of the end of 2020, Gevorgyan declared a loan amount of 3.9 million AMD and a bank account balance of 600,000 AMD.
