Garik Sargsyan's Luxuries in New Position

Garik Sargsyan's State Property Management Committee has made a series of notable purchases during 2021. It is noteworthy that most of these purchases were made from a single individual. For instance, economic goods worth 131,950 AMD were acquired from "SOVT PAPIRUS" LLC. Wheels and batteries costing 191,500 AMD were sourced from "AVTOBAT LLC". A vehicle repair service costing 500,000 AMD was purchased from "APARANSERVICE" LLC. A mask worth 64,600 AMD was obtained from "BIG PLAST" LLC. An amount of 858,620 AMD was paid to "Dareskizb" LLC for advertising placement in newspapers. Services for software packages for document management costing 1,152,000 AMD were procured from "VI IX SOFT" LLC. Additionally, 10,361,400 AMD was spent on renting non-residential real estate from "Hanardnakagj" LLC.

It is important to note that "Soft Papirus" LLC, founded and directed by Tigran Karapetyan, had previously received certain economic benefits from the government back in 2019. The name "Avtobat LLC" was mentioned in a statement released by the State Revenue Committee in 2020, which specifically indicated that the company had supplied or transported goods without accompanying documents, failing to meet tax obligations amounting to 424,000 AMD.

Furthermore, "Dareskizb" LLC is associated with a media outlet owned by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's family, to which Garik Sargsyan's entity transferred around 900,000 AMD. In turn, "Hanardnakagj" LLC is linked to former Minister of Environment Bulki Aram, namely Aram Harutyunyan. The director of "Hanardnakagj" LLC is Arayik Khachik Harutyunyan, who was born in the town of Yeghvard, Kotayk province. It is worth mentioning that Aram Harutyunyan is also from Yeghvard.
