Vladimir Karapetyan Appointed Ambassador of Armenia to Ukraine
According to a decree by the President of Armenia, Vladimir Karapetyan has been appointed as the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Ukraine.
"In accordance with part 2 of clause 1 of Article 132 of the Constitution and also based on part 3 of Article 13 and Article 14 of the Law on Diplomatic Service, Vladimir Karapetyan is appointed as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Ukraine for a term of three years (with residence in Kyiv)," the decree states.
In another decree, the President has relieved Tigran Seyranian from the position of Ambassador of Armenia to Ukraine.
