Car Accident Involving Three Vehicles: VAZ-2108, Mercedes-Benz, and Toyota Land Cruiser Collide

On May 31 at 22:18, the Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center received a call about a traffic accident involving multiple vehicles on the road from Artashat to Verin Artashat, with reports of a citizen trapped.

A team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' regional rescue department was dispatched to the scene.

It was confirmed that at kilometer 4 of the Artashat-Verin Artashat road, three vehicles were involved in the collision: a VAZ-2108 (driver S. Kh., born in 1970), a Mercedes-Benz C-Class (driver M. A., born in 1991), and a Toyota Land Cruiser (driver V. M., born in 1983).

Rescuers used special equipment to extricate S. Kh. from the vehicle and brought him to the ambulance. He was subsequently hospitalized at Erebuni Medical Center. Prior to the arrival of the rescuers, M. A. had been hospitalized at Artashat Medical Center, where he received appropriate medical assistance and was discharged.

The rescuers deactivated the vehicles, closed the gas cylinder valves, maneuvered the vehicles onto tow trucks, and carried out cleaning operations on the road section.
