Attempts to Create False Grounds to Obstruct the Legal Activities of the Armenia Alliance's Electoral Headquarters

The official representative of the Armenia Alliance's central electoral headquarters, Aram Vardevanyan, has issued a statement: "As we warned, publications aimed at discrediting the Armenia Alliance have begun to emerge from obscure origins and through pro-government media. Furthermore, we are receiving information that certain individuals, posing as representatives of the Armenia Alliance, are making monetary offers. I officially declare once again that any such activity or phenomenon has no connection with the Armenia Alliance. I assure you that we will be vigilant in ensuring that the provocateurs and their organizers are punished to the fullest extent of the law.

This is an attempt to create artificial, false grounds to obstruct the legal activities of the Armenia Alliance's electoral headquarters. I reaffirm my previous assurance that any such attempt will be followed by the implementation of strict legal mechanisms. We invite the attention of organizations conducting international observation missions."
